Villa Eleni is positioned on the edge of the development overlooking the pine forest to the sea beyond, and is only a 1 minute walk to the restaurant, tennis court and pools.The bungalow styled villa is all on one level with one step in and out from your own driveway, making it suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

The living area is open planned with a comfortable lounge area. There is a TV with DVD and Video, some tapes, books and games are available.. We are unable to offer sky TV at this time.

There is a dining area and kitchen containing full size cooker and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle.
There are 2 air conditioning units.



There is a beautifully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath, toilet and fitted sink unit.
There are cool marble floors throughout.

Round the back of the villa is a quiet courtyard area with a pine tree and Cyprus trees for shade and privacy.
Lovely views of the pines and the sea can be enjoyed from both the courtyard and sun terrace.

There are two good sized  bedrooms. A double room and a twin bedded room. Both have large fitted wardrobes with draws and shelves. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit.

Outside the patio doors is a large sun terrace and your own private pool, with easy access steps into the pool. There are sun loungers and table and chairs to relax in around the pool area.

The villa has full air conditioning which is available at an extra cost, as we have kept the rental cost at a very competitive price.We have tried to create as homely an atmosphere as possible for your comfort.
